to the first in a series of “Living Positive” Workshops.
This workshop is designed as a tool for growth and education through which
I KNOW you will become empowered.
My name is Valerie Wojciechowicz and I hope to encourage and empower you through
the lessons I have learned “Living Positive”. I have been
HIV+ for more than 20 years, and there were few tools or tips when I was diagnosed
other than “plan your funeral”. I learned some of my lessons the
hard way, and I am hoping that my experiences can make your life better. The
tools that I am providing you with are based on my experiences and those of
my friends.
I chose Disclosure as my first Workshop because it is one of the most difficult
situations that we face, and we never stop facing them.
